The Person Writing This Blog
I have been assisting with real estate transactions for over 15 years at a well-known major real estate brokerage company in Japan. I have successfully closed contracts for more than 300 customers’ real estate properties. I have worked on a wide range of properties, including land, houses, apartments, and income properties, as well as various real estate consulting services.
Through this blog, I hope to provide information that will be useful to people who are looking to sell or buy real estate, people who are not comfortable with dealing with real estate agents, and many others.
In addition, I have been investing in stocks for over 10 years. Initially, I focused on short-term trading of individual stocks in Japan, but I wanted to have a more stable investment for future preparation and my children’s education funds. Therefore, in 2021, I changed my investment strategy to focus on index investment and high dividend stock investment.
